How Our Warranties Work
First Year:
If your furniture experiences a manufacturer defect within the first year, contact Leather Express directly. We’ll coordinate service or repair with the manufacturer.
Years 2 and Beyond:
Each manufacturer offers its own extended warranty terms. Coverage may include frames, motors, mechanisms, cushions, leather, and more, often up to 10 years or even limited lifetime protection.

5-Year Protection Plan (Optional Add-On)
For extra peace of mind, our Protection Plan covers the unexpected from everyday accidents to mechanical failures.
What’s Covered:
- Food & drink stains
- Accidental rips, tears, and punctures
- One-time pet damage
- Ink & dye transfer
- Mechanisms, power components, and frames
- In-home service and repairs
- Replacement coverage up to the original purchase price
Coverage is for residential use only and must be reported within 30 days of noticing the issue. We regrettably do not cover normal wear and tear, improper cleaning, commercial use, or multiple pet incidents.
